1.Nutrition-Eat a variety of nutrient rich foods. 

2.Eat moderate portions- maintain a healthy and balanced diet.

3.Do not skip meals

4.Foods are not good or bad.  It’s all about portion control!

5.Drink plenty of water & fruits !

6.Avoid too much caffeine.

7. Daily physical exercise is must.
