Option A is correct How??

Dear Student,
option A is not correct as its IUPAC name is not wriiten according to alphabetically. 
In the correct IUPAC name Ethyl will be wriiten before to Methyl  substituent.
So the correct name will be, 
4-Ethyl-3methylheptane
