Dear Student,

Zymogen is a common term used for the inactive form of certain enzymes which will become activated by some biochemical reactions. For examples enzyme like Pepsin, Trypsin that digest protein in human body and several others are synthesized in non-functional or pro-enzyme form Pepsinogen and trypsinogen inside the body. Later on they will become activated by some specific changes.
Option A is correct i.e. gastric glands and pancreas.
