Please help, with respect to probability, explain with example

Dear student,

Classical (or theoretical) probability is the ratio of the number of outcomes of an event to the total number of outcomes in the sample space. Classical probability is used when each in a sample space is equally likely to occur. For example, if you flip a fair coin the probability of getting Heads is 1/2. That is, the total number of possible outcomes is 2 (Heads, Tails) and there is only 1 outcome of Heads.

Empirical probability is based on observations from a probability experiment. For example, if you flipped a coin 20 times and the results were 14 Heads and 6 Tails, then the probability of getting Heads based on this experiment would be 14/20 or 0.7.
