Due to unavailability of Oxygen, TCA is shut down then the glycolysis will probably increase because in presence of oxygen TCA produces the necessary ATP required by the cell , due to the absence of TCA the necessary ATP will be produced by glycolysis.
So the glycolysis will increase.
Hence option 2 is correct.
