the number of workers , whose wages are less than 150 = 7
therefore the probability that the his wages is less than 150 = 7/30
therefore the probability that his wages is at least 150 = 1- 7/30 = 23/30
the wages is at most 190, the number of workers whose wages are less than or equal to 190 = 18
therefore the required probability = 18/30 = 3/5
