Shrillness is a basic measure of pitch and in turn the frequency
Child's vocal chords are smaller hence they produce a sound with
higher frequency which results in high pitch voice As the child
grows the voice becomes deeper as the vocal chord also grows
producing low frequency sound waves as compared to earlier stages
of life
