Take a used ball pen refill and rub it vigorously with polythene bag, hair and sweater
separately. After rubbing bring it close to pieces of paper. Try the same with dry leaves,
mustard seeds and husk. Record your observations.

Take a used ball pen refill and rub it vigorously with a piece of polythene .Bring it close to small pieces of paper.you will find that pieces of paper get attracted to its end.This is because of the presence of static charges on its end.On repeating the same activity with small pieces of dry leaf,hair , sweater , husk and mustard seeds we find that some of them get attracted to the refill while others do not.
