However, I would like clear you that nomenclature comes before classification. Thus no option is exactly correct.
First step of taxonomy is characterisation. In this step all the features or characteristics of organism to be identified are noted down and described .
Organisms with some set of specific characteristics are matched with an already known organism. This step is called identification. Then comes nomenclature and classification.
