No , Madhuram this sentence is not correct . You have to be a little more carefull about the puncuation marks and capital letters .After punctuating the sentence it looks like - ' This is a boys' hostel . ' Note - Notice the punctuation marks and also note that the apostrophe comes after boys . This is because the hostel already belongs to the boys .
