What is AAS criterion. Can you please explain me in detail?

In ΔPQR and ΔXYZ,

∠ Q = ∠ Z

 ∠ R = ∠ X

PQ = YZ  (Non-included side between the two angles)

So,by AAS congruence rule, ΔPQR  ΔXYZ

AAS – Criteria for congruence of triangles : If two angles and any side of a triangle are equal to the corresponding angles and side of another triangle, then the two triangles are congruent.
AAS - Criteria for congruence of triangles
Given:  ABC and  DEF in which A = D, B = E and BC = EF

To prove :  ABC    DEF

Proof : We know that the sum of the angles of a triangles is 180o

           A + B + C   =  D + E + F   =   180o

            But,  A   =  D   and  B   =

              C   =  F

            Now, in ABC and DEF, we have B = E , C = F and BC = EF

               ABC    DEF
