What is the difference between the Constitution of India and South Africa?

I think because south africa got independent at last so it observed many other country's constitution and made its own constitution the best one as the people of south africa struggled really hard for their freedom and when they got independence, they made the world's best constitution where each and every person has equal right and equal oppertunity. The leaders of south africa forgot their past with the whites and commenced a fresh life with a new constitution where the whites and the blacks both lived together. Whereas India dreamt for such a country where all the people are treated equally and each and every person live with fraternity.But i think that the leaders of India did not get much time to think peacefully and make the constitution.The constitution of India was made in a great hurry beacause at the same time they became independent from the British and on tha same time the partition of India and Pakistan was occuring.Thus i think that the constitution of South Afica is the finest among all the other constitutions.
