what is vermicomposting?explain the process?

Vermicomposting is a process of breaking down of organic material through the use of worms. Its end product is a substance called vermicompost or "worm castings".  This is a nutrient rich organic substance that can be added to soil to increase it's organic matter content and nutrients.  This process is commonly used by building a worm bins means boxes that contain worms. Than the organic waste is added to that box or bin to carry out the process.
