i think all of these are some how a result of water pollution. Consumption of polluted water causes diseases. This water when used by fishes causes their health due to the consumption of heavy pollutants which leads to a decline in their population. Stagnent and polluted water act as an breeding ground for mosquitos and other deadly vectors. Also polluted water can' t be used so nowadays people dependence is basically on the potable water for most of the work. This puts pressure on the potable water resources. But if u are said to choose any one of these option the most appropriate answer would be (C) Reduction in potable water because water pollution is not a major single cause for this occurence as compared to other three occurence.
