Why a cricket ball change the direction after hitting the ground if we spin it in the time of launch from hand?

Dear Student,
When a spinner balls, it gives the ball a rotational motion along an axis perpendicular to the seam in addition to the forward motion. This spin motion affects the flight of the ball when it is in air and the way it bounces after hitting the ground. When it hits the ground the ball's motion has two components, one along the direction of the batsman (along the pitch) while the other across the pitch. It is this component across the pitch which causes the ball to swing after bouncing and change the direction.
