Reducing: It is always said that we should use that much how much we need. We should limit our necessities. We should not waste paper, food , water , electricity and use it in limited quantity.
we should reduce our using of paper in towels and kitchen ware and use clothes instead of paper as napkins. We should use email instead of letters ,whenever possible as these contribute to easy reduction techniques
Reusing: Whenever possible we should reuse things once used. We should carry a cloth bag to market which can be reused again and again and prevent wastage of paper. We should donate our used books to someone who is in need so that it can be reused.Using of utensils made of ceramic helps us to reuse them again and again and thus prevent use of paper cups , plates etc.
