why do bubbles come out when water is heated in a vessel

Dear student, Bubbles come out in boiling water because Water has dissolved oxygen in it. The solubility of gases decreases with increase in temperature. So as the water is heated or boiled the dissolved oxygen comes out in the form of bubbles. Hope this information helps, Regards.
