why do the catholics and protestants have conflict in northern ireland but not in netherlands ?

Because in Northern Ireland the catholics were poor and was discriminated against but the protestants were rich and all.So this differnce between the two group lead to the conflict.On the otherhand in Netherland both the protestants and the catholics were equally rich or poor.So ther was no such promblems in Netherland.
