why the humans body can be crush if gone below 120m in the water ? why the body of fishes doesn't get crushed even if they go below 120m?

As we go deep into the sea the atmospheric pressure increases very abruptly, so if be go deep above 120m  the atmospheric pressure will become that large (thousands of pounds of pressure per square inch)  which will be able to crush our body.
 Some fishes are able to go deep above 120m as they have a wide range of adaptations to accommodate their deep-sea lifestyle choices. For example, the lungs of these creatures are completely compressible so that they can expel all the gases into their bloodstream and muscles, which allow them to survive better.
