Write the uses of Bill of Rights. (By Bill of Rights, I mean the document where rights are mentioned)
A Bill of Rights lists the fundamental rights of citizens. It is useful because the Bill of Rights confers constitutional protection upon these rights. Hence, no government can transgress these rights. The Bill of Rights, therefore, makes democracy more secure.
